Join Fish Farmer, Brenton, on an exclusive tour of the local commercial Murray Cod farm.
Diversifying from vineyards to aquaculture in 2010, Parker’s Cod Farm now supply over six tonnes of the iconic Murray Cod to chefs across the country annually. As you wander amongst the tanks, each stage will identify the different growth stage of the fish lifecycle, from eggs and fingerlings, right through to the 4kg fish ready for market!
