Your four-course menu includes:
Starter: 12-hour slow-cooked goat, Bulgarian feta Arancini balls served with rich tomato sauce and rocket salad.
Entree: Asian crispy-skinned Quail, seasoned with prickly ash, pickled bean shoot salad, and green chilli soy.
Main: Pan-seared grain-fed eye fillet, colcannon mashed potato, buttered spinach, roasted mushroom, and a smoky bacon and beef jus.
Dessert: Caramelised banana brûlée with artisan Italian pistachio gelato.
