Delivery of Purchases
Services purchased through www.discoverrenmark.com.au including accommodation, tours and event tickets will be confirmed via email and an accompanying itinerary outlining details of the the services purchased, date of booking, operator contact details and the purchase amount. Cancellation Policy
Whilst we provide a Booking Service, cancellations of confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) may be subject to a Cancellation Fee charged by the Service Provider/Operator/Supplier as per their individual cancellations policies. We reserve the right to offer alternative event and tour of a similar standard in the case of the event/tour operator overbooking their event and tour or for any reason beyond our control.
