Mundic Waterfront Cottages offer absolute water frontage being situated on the banks of the Mundic Creek, an offshoot of the majestic Murray River.
Description
Mundic Waterfront Cottages are set among beautiful established gardens, large gum trees and a working vineyard just on the outskirts of Paringa. They offer two self contained cottages, sleeping 6 and 8 people respectively and each with balconies overlooking the water and a private jetty.
Each cottage has a living area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, a BBQ as well as outdoor setting. Towels and bed linen are provided.
You can engage in activities such as fishing, swimming, bush walking, bird watching and kayaking on site and you are only a five minute drive from Renmark. There is a private boat ramp with the option to moor your boat right in front of your cottage with the waterway being a beautiful, quiet spot for watersports and perfect for kids. The property also offers pre-arranged grocery delivery (min 3 days notice).
Also located on the property is the beautiful, large stone Mundic Homestead which can sleep up to 14 people (with the use of day beds). The homestead has lovely water views and access just a short walk away. The homestead is surrounded by beautiful gardens, shady trees and is a great property for multiple families travelling together, as are the cottages.
Large groups travelling together can arrange to camp in their vans within the gardens alongside a friend / family member renting accommodation (nightly site fee applies & using the accommodation facilities).

Directions
From Paringa on the Sturt Highway you will drive past the Paringa Oval (on the right). As the road begins to bend slow down as our driveway is on the bend opposite from the 110km road sign. You will turn into the vineyard and follow the track & signs.
Cancellation Policy
Less than 30 Days no monies will be refunded unless property is rebooked.
30-45 days prior to arrival 50% of tariff is forfeited with any monies paid over this amount refunded. 10% forfeited & remainder refunded if property is re-booked.
Over 46 days 10% tariff is forfeited with any monies paid over this amount refunded.
We recommend you take travel insurance to cover against cancellation penalties due to involuntary cancellations.
Damages & Excess Cleaning will be charged if necessary. Please refer to Terms & Conditions on display within the accommodation.
We just ask that you leave the property left neat & tidy as it was found. Kitchen must be left completely clean.
