The modern and luxurious Renmark River Villas are located in the heart of Renmark, near the Jarrett Memorial Gardens and just 40 metres from the mighty Murray River!
Description
Purpose built in 2015, each villa can accommodate up to eight people and has a fully equipped kitchen with outdoor alfresco area with barbecue.
Villa B has a private 7x4 metre in-ground swimming pool. If catering for a large group between the two villas, gate access to the pool is available for Villa A.
Each villa had three bedrooms (one with king bed, two with queen beds and two roll out single trundle beds) and all beds can be split into singles if required. All linen is supplied. There are two bathrooms, with one being an ensuite to the master king bedroom.
Secure undercover parking for one car in each villa as well as secure parking in the rear yard for additional cars and boat (Villa B only).
TV’s are located in the main living area and each bedroom to keep everyone entertained as well as reverse cycle air-conditioning to provide comfort all year round.
For any assistance required the office reception is located next door to the villas at 42 James Avenue.
