"Boats and Bedzzz" and "Renmark River Villas" is privately owned and operated and offer accommodation options for holidays and corporate stays on the Murray River at Renmark.
"Boats and Bedzzz" has two houseboats in its fleet. Come aboard "The Murray Dream" or "Moving Waters" and experience unique moored, self contained houseboat accommodation, which is perfect for those wanting to experience all the fun of a houseboat holiday, but without having to drive and manoeuvre the boats . They are moored at a peaceful location adjacent to beautiful parklands and within a 5 minute stroll to Renmark's retail outlets, dining and playground. At competitive rates, come and experience this unique accommodation!
Moving Waters can also be booked as a hire and drive houseboat. This is a perfect option for those eager to see the changing faces of the peaceful upper SA reaches of the Murray River as you cruise and experience nature...all of course from the comfort of your home away from home!! "Renmark River Villas" are newly built luxury holiday villas that can each accommodate 1 to 8 people and are centrally located across the road from "Boats and Bedzzz".
Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen and undercover alfresco area with bbq, overlooking the private enclosed rear yard. Villa B has a private 7 x 4m in-ground swimming pool leading out from the alfresco area. If catering for a large group between the two villas, gate access to the pool is available for Villa A. Each villa had 3 bedrooms (one with King bed, two with queen beds and 2 roll out single trundle beds) and all beds can be split into singles if required. Master bedroom has an ensuite and walk in robe and a second bathroom is available for other guests.
Secure undercover parking for one car in each villa and secure parking in the rear yard of Villa B for a second car and/or boat (accessible from the rear laneway).
TV’s are located in the main living area and each bedroom to keep everyone entertain

TRAVEL DIRECTIONS IF COMING FROM ADELAIDE/BARMERA/BERRI DIRECTION:
As you are heading out of Berri towards Renmark, you will be travelling on the Sturt Hwy. Continue to follow this hwy, which will eventually become Renmark Ave. As you come into the Township, you will travel under an archway sign that says "Renmark Town Centre".
Follow Renmark Ave until you get to a T intersection - there will be a Water Fountain in front of you. Turn left at this intersection, onto Ral Ral Ave. At the next intersection turn right onto James Ave- there will be a brown finger post sign "Boats and Bedzzz". Follow James Ave along past the church on the right hand side. The reception is located in the house on the next left corner at 42 James Ave (Federation home with large creeper covered fence. The villas are locate next door at 48 James Ave and the houseboats are located across the road from the reception, adjacent to the lawned parklands.
TRAVEL DIRECTIONS IF COMING FROM MILDURA/PARINGA DIRECTION
Follow the main highway as you come over the Paringa Bridge heading towards Renmark. As you come into Renmark you will be travelling on Eighteenth St. and come to a Stop sign which will be the intersection of Eighteenth Street and Renmark Avenue - the Caltex Service Station will be on your left. At this intersection, turn right onto Renmark Ave. Follow Renmark Ave until you get to a T intersection where you cannot go any further - there will be a Water Fountain in front of you.
Turn left at this intersection, onto Ral Ral Ave.
At the next intersection turn right onto James Ave- there will be a brown finger post sign "Boats and Bedzzz". Follow James Ave along past the church on the right hand side. Cancellation Policy
BOND - TOGETHER WITH THE FINAL PAYMENT A MINIMUM $350 BOND (THE MURRAY DREAM) OR A MINIMUM $450 BOND (VILLAS AND MOVING WATERS MOORED HOUSEBOAT) WILL BE REQUESTED TO COVER FOR ANY DAMAGES OR EXCESSIVE CLEANING REQUIRED AFTER YOUR STAY. THIS CAN BE PAID AS EITHER A PREAUTHORISATION (HOLD) ON YOUR CREDIT CARD OR PAID IN CASH/EFTPOS. IF PAID FOR BY CASH OR EFTPOS AND THERE ARE NO DAMAGES/EXCESSIVE CLEANING REQUIRED AFTER YOUR STAY THE BOND WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER COMPLETION OF STAY. IF PAID FOR BY PRE-AUTHORISATION ON YOUR CREDIT CARD (AND THERE ARE NO DAMAGES/EXCESSIVE CLEANING REQUIRED) THE VALUE OF THE HOLD WILL AUTOMATICALLY RELEASE AFTER 7 DAYS. SOME GROUPS MAY BE REFUSED FROM BOOKING THE HOUSEBOATS/VILLAS OR INCUR A HIGH BOND WHICH WILL BE DETERMINED BY BOATS AND BEDZZZ/RENMARK RIVER VILLAS. BOATS AND BEDZZZ/RENMARK RIVER VILLAS ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE PERMISSION FOR CUSTOMER(S) TO STAY AND REMOVE PEOPLE FROM A BOAT/VILLA AT THEIR DISCRETION.
MOORED HOUSEBOAT AND VILLA ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION CONDITIONS: The number of people accommodated on the houseboats/villas must not exceed the number of beds provided. A deposit of 20% must be received (EFT VISA Mastercard cheque money order) to hold and confirm your booking. Final payment will be required on check in. Cheques not accepted upon arrival. Check in after 2pm. Check out 10am. All accommodation non-smoking. No pets.
MOORED HOUSEBOAT AND VILLA ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY: Your deposit paid less an administration fee of $30 will only be refunded if you notify us at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival. If you provide less than 30 days notification your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation of part of your booking with less than 30 days notification will incur a $130/night fee for each night cancelled. Failure to notify of cancellation - If you do not notify us of your cancellation by 10am on day after your scheduled arrival you will be charged the full value of your booking and no refund will be given.
