Please note over SA Long Weekends and Easter, there will be a minimum night booking at this site -

  • Australia Day LWE 2024 - min. 3 night booking commencing on Friday 26 January.
  • Adelaide Cup LWE 2024 - min. 3 night booking commencing on Friday 8 March.
  • Easter 2024 - min. 4 night booking commencing on Thursday 28 March.
  • June LWE 2024 - min. 3 night booking commencing on Friday 7 June.
  • Labour Day 2024 - min. 3 night booking commencing on Friday 4 October.

Lawn Reseeding

The lawn area between the Murray River and the RV Park sites is being reseeded as part of councils flood recovery. Access to this area will be restricted to ensure the best uptake of the seed. Irrigation will also be heavily used during this time.

Located in Lyrup is a Community Club, General Store and sporting precinct with the Riverland Wine Centre only a short drive away. SS Ellen Park welcomes Fully Self Contained Vehicles Only (RV's & Caravans) and Camper Trailers with a maximum 7 night stay.

**Please note this area is still being remediated from the Murray River flood event, with some minor works and grass reestablishment programmed over coming months.

• Water onsite is NOT potable. Drinking water / water to refill tanks can be accessed in the carpark of the Renmark Swimming Centre, Cowra Street, Renmark. The dump point is also located at this site.

Cancellation Policy

Plush’s Bend RV Park - SS Ellen RV Park - TM Price Rotary RV Park

•Pursuant to the Council’s Local Government land Bylaw camping in the designated areas specified above is subject to payment of the applicable fees set by the Council.

•Bookings to camp in designated areas can be made online at: www.discoverrenmark.com.au Full payment is required at the time of booking. Once paid bookings are recorded in an online database so you do not need to print and display a ticket as proof of payment. Bookings are specific to the vehicle registration details provided.

•The nightly vehicle fee specified on the booking website is valid at the time of booking and may change from time to time.

•Your booking is valid for the site number selected and specified on your booking. Check to ensure you are at the correct site before setting up otherwise you may be requested to move.

•The applicable nightly fee for camping at a campsite permits you to camp in the designated spot from 1pm on the day of arrival until 11am the day of departure. If you wish to remain at the campsite after 11am then subject to complying with the length of stay timeframes a further nightly fee is payable.

•The length of stay in any one campsite in accordance with the Council’s Local Government land Bylaw is -

SS Ellen RV Park Fully Self Contained RV’s Caravans & Camper Trailers - 7 bookable sites - 7 nights in any consecutive 14 days.

TM Price Rotary RV Park Fully Self Contained RV’s & Caravans - 5 bookable sites - 3 night in any consecutive 14 days.

Bookings to camp in designated areas are subject to park closures and the Council’s cancellation Policy which is as follows:

•a full refund will apply in the case of cancellation requests received at least five (5) business days before the booking arrival date;

•in the event of the government or any other authorised agency enforcing travel restrictions or a lockdown and your booking is unable to be fulfilled we will refund the full amount of monies paid (less the online payment fee);

•no refunds or credits will be applicable in relation to cancellation requests that are received less than five (5) business days before the booking arrival date (unless the stipulated RV Park or Campsite has been closed by Council);

•bookings can be amended with a minimum two (2) business days’ notice before the booking arrival date. Bookings cannot be changed on the day of arrival. Booking amendments include –

-change of vehicle registration number(s)

-change of arrival and or departure date/s

-change of preferred campsite (subject to availability)

-change in the length of stay (more or less nights)

•once amended a revised booking will be sent from the Renmark Paringa Visitor Information Centre confirming the changes. If a booking amendment to change the length of stay is requested less than five (5) business days before the booking arrival date you will not be eligible for a refund or partial refund as per our Cancellation Policy.

The Council reserves the right to cancel or terminate a booking in the following circumstances:

•in the case of a breach of any law including the Council’s Local Government Land By-law in connection with the use of a campsite;

•a breach of these terms and conditions;

•if an annoyance or nuisance is caused to others in connection with your use of a campsite; or

•if any behaviour at a campsite is deemed unacceptable by the Council (including drunken or uncontrolled behaviour offensive language malicious or negligent use of facilities theft or any other form of behaviour deemed unacceptable by the Council).
