Celebrate Australia Day 2026 at Renmark Paringa Council's Community Breakfast and Australia Day Celebrations in the picturesque Jarrett Memorial Gardens.
The celebrations will commence with a free community breakfast being served from 8am.
Attendees will enjoy an Aussie classic egg & bacon roll, accompanied by local relish. Local juices and water will be available or purchase a barista coffee with Little Miss Daisy in attendance. Bring along a picnic rug as seating is limited.
The official proceedings will follow from 9.15am with the Australia Day Ceremony, including presentations of the 2026 Renmark Paringa Australia Day Award Winners -
Citizen of the Year – Harry ter Bogt
Award for Young Citizen of the Year Award – Riley Broad & Kayleigh Stevens
Award for Active Citizenship – Scott Jenke
Community Event of the Year – Renmark North Cricket Club Pink Stumps Day 2025
plus the Citizenship Ceremony and the Australia Day Message delivered by CLieutenant General Rick Burr.
