Bring a little cheer to those less fortunate by supporting the Mallee Branch of the Ulysses Club at the annual Toy and Tucker Run.
Riders will be collecting gifts of toys, non perishable foods and cash donations to support the Riverland Christmas Appeal, leaving Renmark on route to Loxton, Berri and finishing in Barmera. For those who don't have cash, a card reader will be available for donations via your phone or card.
Riders will be departing Renmark at 9.15am from the Industry Road / Twentyfirst Street intersection and from Waikerie at 8.45am from outside the Waikerie Hotel with both groups travelling to the Loxton Main Street where they will meet at 10.30am. The riders will depart Loxton at 11.15am for Barmera where they will arrive at the Barmera Markets at 12.00 noon. The Salvation Army will have a Sausage Sizzle going for the riders who have taken part in the ride.
This year the event will be supported by two other Ulysses Clubs who will be riding alongside the Mallee group, with the hope of getting over 200 riders out on the day for a fantastic cause! For more details, please contact David on 0490 854 426 or follow the Ulysses Mallee Branch Facebook page.
