FRUIT FLY OUTBREAK - Renmark and the greater Riverland area currently have a number of fruit fly outbreaks. This has resulted in restrictions applying to the movement of at-risk fruit and vegetables within our region. Step back in time and get ready to rock ‘n’ roll at the 14th Annual Renmark Rocks On Festival, where the spirit of the ‘50s is alive and still dancing!
This March, grab your poodle skirts, slick back your hair, and join us for a weekend of foot-tapping tunes, fantastic food, and a whole lot of fun.
Whether you're jiving to the music or tapping your feet, the Renmark Rocks On Festival is the place to be for a swingin’ good time!
What’s in store:
- Thursday March 12: Partner dancing with DJ Angelo - 6.30pm - 10.30pm - Tickets $10
- Friday March 13: Band - The Windsor Kids (from Adelaide) and DJ Angelo - 6.30pm - 11.00pm - Tickets $20 (tables of 10 preferred)
- Saturday March 15: Come and enjoy a free family day out with Adelaide band Jump'n'Jive and DJ Angelo with dancing demonstrations - 9.30am - 2pm at Riverland Sunfresh
- Saturday Night - The main event! Move and groove til late to Melbourne band, The Rousers and DJ Angelo! 6.30pm - 11.00pm - Tickets $20 (tables of 10 preferred)
- Sunday March 16: Free breakfast, free dancing with music by DJ Angelo and enjoy a relaxing afternoon catching up with new and old friends.
- Monday March 17: River Rock Dance Club night. 7pm - 10pm at Monash Town Hall
